Poor HR department - there is a lady name called Gesu shrivastava she is terrible. She torture every employee with her talks. She think she is the only one who rules whole HR department. She don't even think that employees have feeling she always try to hurt every one even she don't respect anyone.

Work Details

I have joined as a process associate in the year of 2016. Every thing were on track but suddenly things become different. Even it's suffocating with that environment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
