They don’t know how to talk what to say and to whom. Management is poor. They cry in front of staff saying “How will i pay salaries”. They have money but they really don’t want to spend that. In the name of facilities given to out station candidates they’ll provide a folding bed and 200 rs thermocol mattress and thats it. There is nothing else. They’ll not give anything which they promised to give at the time of appointment. Not even appointment letters. No policies are there. They deduct money as and when they want.
