I have joined in Nov 2019 & They have not given salary from Jan 2020...No response from Company regarding the same.

Everything...Hired for Noida Location...no office here, took a flat on rent ....forced to sell Chandigarh properties from Noida without any support. No salary from Jan 2020, No travelling reimbursement from Nov2019.

In my previous company, when I ad completed a year, I was waiting for my increment but it was not given to me. I am the only earning member in my family so I really needed that. When I made the switch to GBP Group, I got the hike that I was expecting. I have also heard that in this company the increment is always done on time. I have been a part of this company for full 2 years and soon. I will be stepping into the third year of working here. I am impressed with how the things are done here. The targets have been set by the management. The targets are not unrealistic. They are not very easy either. But this is a big company that is growing very fast so the targets seem to be challenging. The management keeps motivating the employees from time to time to achieve our targets. So even when the targets are sometimes not so easy. I am never afraid of not completing them on time. I started working here in 2019. I have complete 1 year and 1 month in this company. I like the perks I am getting here. The Knowledge of the company is very good in real estate. So, as a pro of working here, improved knowledge is guaranteed. The management of the company is understanding. The staff of GBP Group is quite experienced and professional. So as I work with them, I am able to get constant guidance also. The salary and pay scale is satisfactory. I am hoping that as i complete more time here. my salary will be get a good boost. I applied because it did not necessarily required experience. When I ws hired, I was explained the work but I was still nervous because I have never worked in an office before and that too in a luxury real estate company. But when I actually started working, I was not only explained how the work was to be done but I was continuously assisted by my seniors.
