Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Senior management are not good and co-operate to their subodinates specially in fashion group. Not get salary on time and no career growth.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting !struggled a bit in beginning as there was no system. I learnt few things there. I got a chance to wera multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
