Worst company I ever faced in my lifetime

Management behaviour ,everybody in 9ffice behaves and thinks in a cheap way....no proper set of rules ....it's like jail if v join....how much ever we work also..they still will be behind us for production quality or any other reason they find to make us feel uncomfortable.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
