worst company to work and so much polities and they only support buttering kind of staff

I was very happy to work with Gaudium. There work culture and management was to good and familiar also. Company policies was excellent.

Dislikes

Sometimes I had to go on Sunday, It was little uncomfortable for me.

My work life was excellent. I did there multiple kind of job. So I have enjoyed so much. I learnt there new things also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
