GIPL is a good hand tools company Here the work is as per SOP. There is not any type of cheating and harreshment with employee Employee are given salary timely and other benefits also. Comparing in the group of 100 crore turn over company GIPL is the best. MD of the company having positive thinking. And always think the living standard of their employees should be good.

Worth work environment and culture. Due to politics.Gardex is d worst company I have worked with. No growth opportunities for Hard working employees without polishing management.. Completely based on politics.

No appreciation for with old employees... No salary hike... No appraisal.. Gardex is the worst company. In this pendemic instead of helping their employees they asked for forcefull resignation on the threat of termination.
