For doctors, it's a sort of dead end. They don't use sterilized dressings now a days. Previously medical dept was good. For last one year, it's pathetic. If you are happy with 6 digit okay salary and don't want to do any work then it's best place for you.

Dislikes

They have uniform with pathetic cloth quality. Shoes provided caused foot pain in 80% people. Work location is dusty, insecured and remote. For doctors there is no growth at all. Only administrative jobs like arranging health camp, checking medical bills, arranging Yoga classes etc. CISF at gate with metal detectors. Overall if you have any other option to for that.

Mostly administrative in last one year

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
