If you want to settle in best product base company. GAP it services is not at all a good option. You feel almost like a service base company with lot of work and less increments. Only pros are like leave policy and flexi timings

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
