Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Nothing to like. It is a company where you will find many types of fraud peoples (chor). Every higher post people's are chor, they just know put the money into his pocket. No one will help you even company's ceo.

1. Salary delay by at least 4-5 months and you have to pay meal money by own. 2. There is no set time to go to the room. Depends on DGM's mind. 3. If you are a family man or a fresher then according to me GDCL is not for you. Because you have to work by borrowing money from someone. 4. Even you laborer, cook, driver or from the office boy you can heard bad words or beaten for money. 5. Increment is maximum 1000/- 6. Even if you leave the company, you forget your money. Almost Everything. Specially Site incharge Mr Jairam Singh. He is too inhumane treats his workers very badly. Everyday he used to abuse minimum 10 staff with terribly low grade slang language (mother and Sister slang) also sometime beats his staff.
