1. They have simple hire and fire policy, they can fire u out anytime without any prior notice. Also there is no concept of notice period over here. 2.Worst Work life balance, they expect u to work day and night and many of the times even on Saturday& Sunday. 3.No respect for the employees, they will treat u as a slave, and if u don't listen to them then they can fire u any time hence worst job security. 4.Don't fall into false hope of 6-9-15 that is an absolute lie over here and majority of the portion they keep in variable and before giving u variable they will fire u to save money. 5.Employees are forced to give good ratings in the review pages else they will target u and they can fire u at any instant. 6.Instead of working on growth of company they play dirty politics and play will life of people. 7.One person is forced to work in 2-3 projects at a time, even if u are unwell they will force to u work...Read More
