Dislikes

HR department doens't know anything except to create gap between Higher management and employers. There are employees who are ready to do anything for the company and are hardworking. At the same time there is management which is deep requirement for the worker. Yet there is politics, HR projects a peaceful protest as a Cruel Agitation to the Higher manag. Just for showing off their performance.
