Worst Company , no culture , no.HR POLICY. Its rather a Grocery shop than a Company. The owner himself is a maniac , he hires managers in senior positions but don't give any respect. You can be sacked or get transferred to factory, housekeeping whatever as per the maniac owners wish. The HR is nothing but a puppet foot licker of the owner.

All dislike , infact , I shall give NEGATIVE RATING to this Co. Never ever join GANESH GRAINS even if u remain jobless. They never give full allowance

a. What they promise as CTC is not being paid. b. No policy on leave. They follow no work no pay policy. c. No job security. You may be fired anyday as per whimsical decision of MD. d. No TA/DA policy.Most of the time you have to pay from your pocket for travelling for work. e. Payment wont be as per CTC. f. Good jobs are not rewarded or recognized. g. No full salary. No full TA, DA. Salary gets cut eveymonth for some reason. TA is a bluff. Salary is on 12 of next month.

HR is best. For all employee they find inovative ways to cut salary, ta and da. False comitment. Politics. Always hire and fire policy. Long working hours. No system. Very bad place. If you are not helpless please avoid. HR head is liar and very bad. HR is actually security guard and spy. No other work.
