I didn't like anything about working with Ganesh Grains Limited. Worked as a Chartered Accountant, the highly unprofessional company I have ever worked with.

I recommend not to Join the company as dere is no Job security. Highly unprofessional company. Being the oldest (1936) dere values and behaviour are also very old. One man show as no heirchy only MD decision or approval. Whenever dey want to sack you, dey will transfer to u in any department and dan u r force to resign. Further, they will not give any Salary for the last month you worked and that's how dey maintain their PROFIT & LOSS. Lot of politics are dere in the company. Working at Ganesh Grains Limited is a terrible experience since my appointment in 2018 after my father's sudden demise. They insisted me to take transfer to another state whereas they were not agreed to increase salary and perks. Moreover salary given time fluctuate every month . There is a lobby in Ho and politics reign in the midst of higher position . Subordinate staffs have no authority to tell a word against them if they done wrong with him. Worst Company , no culture , no.HR POLICY. Its rather a Grocery shop than a Company. The owner himself is a maniac , he hires managers in senior positions but don't give any respect. You can be sacked or get transferred to factory, housekeeping whatever as per the maniac owners wish. The HR is nothing but a puppet foot licker of the owner.

a. What they promise as CTC is not being paid. b. No policy on leave. They follow no work no pay policy. c. No job security. You may be fired anyday as per whimsical decision of MD. d. No full salary. No full TA, DA. Salary gets cut eveymonth for some reason. TA is a bluff. Salary is on 12 of next month.

If you are not helpless please avoid. HR head is liar and very bad. HR is actually security guard and spy. No other work.
