Like hire and fire culture, its a monthly affair. Like the pay cuts, no increment, incentive cut, TA, DA cuts, overloaded work pressure, untimely working hours, late salary, salary cut due to late coming, salary cut due to leaves, no work no pay policy. Like working with unprofessional, uncultured, in experienced family members acting as employees. Family members crowd the company. Clarity of role is excellent, since the role will change every month. Your job is not secured specially if you are on high salary bracket. You can hired and fired in 6 months. You enter office 1 min late half day salary is cut. If you are sick and not come to office one day, that days salary is cut. No leave policy. If you go to market be sure your TA and DA will be cut. After leaving company will notgive full and final. If you fight for F&F, they are so vinditictive that they will publish your photo in newspaper and paste it on the reception board. So if you are desperate and jobless you can join. Worst Company , no culture , no.HR POLICY. Its rather a Grocery shop than a Company. The owner himself is a maniac , he hires managers in senior positions but don't give any respect.
