This is the most worst company I have ever seen. When you will join the company they will give you full respect once you will complete some time over here, they will be start creating issues for you. They will demoralize you regarding your work. And they will make you that much frustrated that you will plan to leave the company. Andstory doesn't end here once you will leave the company they will say "Are usko to humne nikala hai" And they will keep bitching regarding you either you already had left the company. Nothing to like. They think you'll start working from first day like an expert but don't give that much salary. Founder and Co-founder don't work at all. But expect a lot from you.

Dislikes

Most people with experiece in Gamix labs are people who won't get a job else where, so they are not leaving this company. So they torture NEW ARRIVALS in the company, so that there job is safe. Founder asks Employees to give FAKE REVIEWS so that reality is not exposed.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
