I have been working here since one and half year. I like the company's environment and work culture. Everyone including other department members are friendly and supportive.Salaries and appraisals are good and on time.No politics between colleagues or seniors.

Everybody is on your head all the time. Absolutely no creative freedom. No work life balance. Blame games happening all the time. No realistic planning because of which efforts and time is wasted. And everything ends up happening at last minute. Over and useless utilisation of human resource.
