Everything starting from extremely poor Management, overtiming (morally questioned by seniors if failed to do), compensation, zero overtime benefits, zero performance benefits,zero learning curve. You shall get stuck and will get out as a zero.

The work you are made to do has no leaning at all, totally monotonous. Terrible treatment by management. Managers are full of people fresh out of college who don't have any sense of how to manage people. You will be talked to like a slave without any respect whatsoever. You are made to work on weekends without compensation.
