Leadership has to be changed. The Senior Business Leader behaves like a dictator than being a leader. He does lot of micromanagement, the Sr. Business leader has problems with Each employee. For an example. if an employee has to walk away from his/her desk though it would be a small break or lunch break, it is monitored.
