Though it's like a new born baby, so it's need to much more taking care, some time we thought that my child has grown up now, so we do not concern on the child as much as earlier it's get. So job security of an employee will secure when the organisation will secure right... Work culture is average, as because it's a small company, it can not maintain all office protocol. Management should have to more efficient and effective. Company policy must be developed. Over all good work environment and culture. Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but did not get in time, career growth is slow.
