The company has 100% job security, good work culture and environment, the management team is always supportive and transparent no matter what the situation is, I feel the company policies are very fair and good. Also, appraisals are fair and they give a good hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

What I disliked the most is there's no proper training for freshers at the start but now I see a major difference in this scenario which I feel is great.

Galaxy Weblinks is a great place to work. Culture is very open and transparent. The director, manager all people very helpful and friendly in nature. This is my 2nd company, but i have never experienced such a great and open work environment anywhere else.

Galaxy weblinks is a good organization to work on if you are fresher. there is a scope for learning, and they offer skills to be learned per year. I like manager-assigned training because it will provide practical experience and have acquired good technical knowledge.
