Very good work culture mostly in Project department. People are supportive. focus is more on results than any other things. Best company to start for a fresher chemical engineer. You will get exposed to everything and get knowledge of almost everything that a chemical engineer wants in his/her early days of career. Salary always comes on time. Bonus is good.

As Galaxy is developing company and it is in its transition phase few things you will miss. 1) System that MNCs are using 2) Exposure to new technologies (As almost people are from their training days so no exposure to other industries) 3) Absence of industrial experts 4) Trial and error-based engineering as chemistries are new
