No pluses for the company. As a new employee one might feel taken care of by the company for a short while, generally until probation ends. You might also get to travel under normal circumstances depending on the department you’re working in.

Dislikes

1. No clear management structure. Need better structure for proper functioning of the firm. 2. The HR rules are company biased, with no benefits for the employees. 3. Appraisal and performance bonus have no clear and set basis for evaluation and generally happen on favouritism. 4. The deliverables are not well defined during the entire course of work tenure. 5. No proper and clear communication with the management about projects and employee grievances. 6. The company doesn't have a clear vision of what they do, especially when it comes to people management. No job security for sure. Termination is a very casual thing in this company, and without any proper reasons, and never care about what damage it does to the employee's career. Relieving process are the worth here and its a nightmare for every employees working in this company. They trouble you so much during the relieving and makes huge scene to escape from paying the last working month salary and issuing relieving letters....Read More
