Likes

Culture is amazing, the autonomy is good too for the product team. The team overall is young and eager to learn more and experiment.

Dislikes

The growth can be dicey and at times seems like if you stay and fight for the position you will get it. The definition of merit is quite flexible

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
