Great company with some of the best industry leaders. One of the most recognised security companies world wide.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No career growth and opportunities. Pathetic hr policies as they are only on paper and not implemented on ground. Growth opportunities are completely based on favouritism.

Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work life balance was very good in g4s. Plus proper leave benefits, etc were available.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
