Only thing is they considered my work experience and gave me opportunity as TL. Top management in Tamilnadu is really good as per my knowledge.

Dislikes

I had very rude manager, she used to make me and our team extend login hours even though we didn't have projects. There is no proper management and no support for employees. Our manager (AM) once advised me to work as entry level employees, everything she used to control in what's app group. She never gave me authorities which a TL should have. No process training was given.
