Shtty company to work at. Owner/CEO is soo rude. His wife also works here as a HR, Owner daily shouts on his wife for everything. He prefers to give work to employees when its time to end the shift. He basically wants employees to work over time for free. Doesn't matter if you are a boy or a girl, he will make you wait. They don'tfollow any proper procedure to work on a project. The company is so small, there is no cafeteria or something, lunch break is of 30 mins which is not sufficient for someone who wants to go out and eat. So basically they want employees to eat at desk and get back to work instantly. Salary is credited at 15th. Which IT company pays at 15? It's a IT company with call center mindset....Read More
