Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It is a good oppurtunity to work with this organisation as a Head. Our management will encourages all the faculty members to fulfill their academic endeavors. It is a good learning centre to acquire the knowledge and to improve the communications skills. The college also maintaining human and ethic values which will be more useful to fulfill the endeavors.
