If you want to take initiatives, the management is supportive as long as you will do it all by yourself. If you need other people's involvement, they take the backseat. There is no work culture, internally, teams domt work together they work against each other. No processes, limited exposure limited learning, the management also have limited skillset and knowledge and hence can only think so far. Ancient methods, strategies, no advanced tools to help you. Push sales, fake promoses to the customers, everything you do, you do to make money, clients stay or not, happy or not they dont really care. I can go om but well this should give you idea. Almost everything. Though management is as supportive as they could be but they dont have strategies or right approach to make their vision a truth
