It's good to getting growth soon but managment is not good follow managment to everyone not lower designation people like staff.

Dislikes

All seniors having fun with companies money just give pressure to junior there is no terms and conditions for senior every rull start's for staff only. Not for manager's and senior they come late and leave early and can not do the same if staff did so you are fire or transfer so far. There's no overtime for any one but you have to be there daily extra 4 to 5 hour's. There's no rull and regulations for girls all rulls for only staffs if you raised your voice so you are comparing yourself to girl's but i want to ask you why girl's are having same salary or extra salary they come on time and leave on time so why boy's staff are suffering from problem.
