It was different work culture since I have never worked in a Staffing firm. We can see hardly 10 people during day and it would be full crowded after 6.00 PM. Though overlap would be only for three hours, I made good friends in that short period. Importance is given to work-life though, more focus is needed.

Dislikes

There is no proper HR policy in place and people will be joining and leaving for every three months. Had there been a planned, systematic, and strategic HR policy in place it is good place to work.

My role being Team lead, I would always be on toes and running all the time and attending calls.
