My Name is Aniket Gawali & I have join the Futurz dated on 24 April 2023 and worked for more then one month. After that i have got some personal issue thats why i rush back to village on urgent basis. I know i need to inform but i didn't i have just texted to my manager. But then she told me yo aubmit the id card and sim but i told her please consider me with some days. But after that she keep my salary on hold. W hen i asked her why then she told me you are being marked as abscond then i told ger maam but i told you please consider me with some days. She told me no. After that she told me she will release the salary if i submit the id card and sim card i have submitted it. But then someone from management called me and said that its because they want id and sim they hust bluff that we will release your salary. Currently now no one is picking up my calls and didn't even revert me on messages. If you like politics its a perfect place. The appraisal or hike is subject to company your performance or anything doesn't matter. No support once you leave the job. Your salary stays on hold start from your 1st day of notice period. I had around 2 months notice period i got the fnf and 2 hold salary after 115 days. That's how worst they treat you once you're leaving and nobody cares once you have left. That's how worst my experience was. I would not even suggest i enemy over there....Read More

Company gives you good holiday leaves and it also understand your situation and provides work from home accordingly.

Need to do same work every year. No promotion, instead of promotion they will hire new candidate. Don't provide any bonus. You have to ask for it. Internal HR are not at all supportive they never receive your call never reply your text messages, not even revert on mail. And when you dr op an email for it, then you get a call from them. After resignation you have to inform internal HR team 4-5 times to provide you your resignation letter and experience letter. Lot of politics by the managers in Head office Mumbai and problems are not addressed properly .Salary paid is less and no pf esic is provided . Career will be spoilt if you join Futurz and fake dreams will be shown to you. During pandemic they deducted salary with huge work pressure and indirectly they will do politics so that you will have to quit. They will make you feel bad and insult you in team concall pan India basis for the work you do there . Believe me take a note this company is operating as sole proprietorship company only it's Pvt LTD company to make fool to employees working there. Within one year lot of employees left the company at their own will. More people in the pipeline to leave this company as there is less job available in market....Read More
