It's a very good company to improve your skill and learning also very good. There is work satisfaction in this company. Its' a Saudi Arabian based company

Management is not so good in every aspect and salary is credited late most of the time but although over all Company is very good to work and improve your skill.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
