Work presure is very very high, may be i felt like that bcz I worked with their discount stores(brandfactory). Lots of facters are there in the store level that affects our growth. Politics are thr as usual. Week off' are thr, but we have to work on our off days also. No life, only works. Overall, future group is good, but brandfactory division is bit risky, especially South Zone, no job gurantee.
