There are to many problems in process like Human resource manger never give any information for sallery. Seniors misbehave with staff. Holiday issue. You can not take emergency leave ifyou want emergency leave you will conform your team leader aur store manager. And big issue of time shifting time is 9 hours but you cannot leave the store before 10 hours. So plz of any one wants to join futute retail store (easyday) so plz skip the job ....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies and good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
