My work is slightly challenging as i haveto look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage dat to day. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmarl studies on my toes by doing. I keep an 18 month rolling demand

I had a good experience, overall. Teammates are employees you have to convert them into team, training is very good, Got promoted after 3year learn a lot of things as it was my first job in retail sector, innovation is also acceptable if its under retail norms, if you are in retail sector you know how it works and you should be ready for work life balance create it yourself, but my joy continues till I request transfer. I had to give resignation due to internal politics and non acceptance of my request, but still I have overall good experiences....Read More
