I had a lot of expectations from this organisation. Apart from the fact, that I got an experience to work on market research reports, I like nothing about the company. There were bad reviews, ex-FMI employees also gave a negative feedback about the org but I ignore all these factors and joint FMI and I regret my decision.

Dislikes

No work environment and culture. Seniors weren’t that co-operative. Management is the worst aspect of FMI. No value given to employees. Company policies are unrealistic. Appraisal are not done on time,. There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address the issues. No career growth in FMI.

Company will always keep on exploring you and not even allow you to breathe without their permission. CEO is always baised towards pretty girls and will talk like Mai iss company ka gunda hu. Nothing. I feel lost. nobody is helping me to change my team leader as he is very rude to me. Left with only option of leaving the organization in 10 days.

I will not comment on the whole organization but my manager's approach towards teaching me is by insulting and humiliating me. Somewhere im in depression and worst is not even high authorities are listening to me as he is from 6 years in the organization.
