No support at all. Instead a hefty pay cut of 30-35% was imposed ,on top of that huge salary delays was there.

Learning was really good there. But management is really miserable,they wont bother to tell you if anything is happening in the company like salary cuts,salary delays,no info at all.

If you want to just sit and pass your time you should join this company. You can enjoy your life and enjoy vacation without being interrupted as hardly there is any work. No senior management pressure. No pressure of KRA's.

Senior Manager or Big bosses are least bother about respective units. People who are already there in systems won't leave the company due to relaxed life and people who are giving their best performance won't find any appreciation/appraisal. No performance measures for people who are least bother about giving performance. Same yearly increament 7-8% applicable to everyone (includes those who are under performer) If you are good enough to sing a song with your immediate bosses, you'll be considered as ' Blue Eyed Boy' and it's as story of entire vertical.
