Likes

They have put 30% of the employees on Leave Without Pay during this covid crisis including me when they were paying only 40% salary from April to July and that too was getting credited after 15th of every month..

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Politics and people go ahead who do the buttering thing

Work satisfaction - Bad

Depends.. few teams are happy and few teams always cry..

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
