It does not allow people to take various roles in different departments. IJP is a myth. Never ever work for CX function. You will end up regretting after working for 6-8 months. No life only work. Saturdays and Sundays don't belong to you. Your leaves seldom get approved.

Extremely cost centric organisation, no ethics, integrity or moral will be considered when it comes to money. men dominated work culture, women are abused on floor, profanity is not spared for anyone anywhere. fixed in time but no out time is fixed at all levels. no job security at all....extremely biased work culture. Bad customer service.
