Job security is good only if in a good department like operations or IT, Work culture is good as HR keeps doing activities, Management is fairly okay as most of the senior management has left the organization, Company policies are bearable.

Dislikes

They don't use latest tools and technology in project mostly all work is done on excel or word. No modern tools used.

I worked at FGILI as a senior executive in Business Solutions which comes under operations. I performed end to end testing of digital sales platform called OMNI which was on web as well as mobile (android)

Worst hr management at the time you leaving (60 day to settlement) I have paid penalty amounts against bond but they not given any proof for that even though they promised me before leaving and after leaving they not given single response to my mail.
