Very Bad work culture. No job security any time your boss can take your Resignation force fully.HR also not supported.after 6 Month I got Releaving Letter. No Full and Final Settlement. Your boss take your Laptop after resignation and Abscond you .before me 3 EMP has same issue.

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
