Job security: Well, the job is secure as the company is established in 1994 and as it is a medical device industry it produces stuffs that is necessary and not luxury hence job security is good unless you derail yourself. Work culture: Work culture is good but can be improved by having a get together at a decided interval, it will d ilute the monotonous nature. Management: Good, they are approachable. Teammates: Good teammates, they are supportive. Training: Trainings are good. But has to be improved. Job security: See above. Career growth: Good but not great. Salary/ appraisal: Salary part is good but not great. Appraisal happens every year. Travel: None as such.
