Working environment is very good. We have an vast opportunity to learn many things and for our career growth. Management is very friendly with all the employees and easily approachable.

There is no dislike for me to work here

Work Details

I am working here as a Deputy Manager commercial from past 9 years. I learnt a lot from this company. I got an opportunity to travel abroad including Germany, Dubai etc. Company is giving facilities like mediclaim, life insurance for all the employees.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
