mediocrity is celebrated, so there is no pressure. there's nothing new to learn so everyone is happy doing bare minimum for the less salary. No one gets into work so the culture is " you dont ask me to do anything and i'll return the favour"....

the salary, facilities, perks, growth options are outright pathetic. working is chaotic due to low salary, so no one is motivated to do quality work. There is no foresight or plan for the future and all decisions are knee-jerk reactions. HR is outright lame and incompetent. There's no future here as the co itself is struggling....

Not carried about employees health. They needed to prove from employee side about the issue, if an employee meets with an accident he or she needed to take the picture of their fracture and to send it to Fsm. 1st time itself they will not accept, they will extend their employee reason for 1 to 2 weeks. After that they will cuts their salary without any intimation. Still lot of things to say.
