The students and teachers are good. There are lot of events conducted for the teacher faculty and staff members.

If you're a self learner then there is alot you can learn. But there is no proper training provided except for teachers and students, they just want you to get admissions and make money even though it reaches to a limit where you need to fool the customers. The system is bad. The faculty is very bad n upsetting. Favouritism and degrading. HR department is of no support, they only look for the benefits....Read More

I have been with this organization for last 5 years. I started as a music educator and now I'm working as a Cluster Manager. It is been an only company where you have a growth opportunity in a Music Education space. It's been a pioneer in a Music Education Pedagogy. I'm glad to be associated with the Furtados School of Music.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
