I have been with this organization for last 5 years. I started as a music educator and now I'm working as a Cluster Manager. It is been an only company where you have a growth opportunity in a Music Education space. It's been a pioneer in a Music Education Pedagogy. I'm glad to be associated with the Furtados School of Music.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

mediocrity is celebrated, so there is no pressure. there's nothing new to learn so everyone is happy doing bare minimum for the less salary. No one gets into work so the culture is " you dont ask me to do anything and i'll return the favour"....

the salary, facilities, perks, growth options are outright pathetic. working is chaotic due to low salary, so no one is motivated to do quality work. There is no foresight or plan for the future and all decisions are knee-jerk reactions. HR is outright lame and incompetent. There's no future here as the co itself is struggling....
