contract basis work so dont have any security for workers,and aslo payment of each worker is abou 400-420₹ ,8hr/day but after deduction of contract charges and other like PF ESIC in hand payment will be 350-355 only, OT not available..Mobile not allowed.

When it comes to management , I must it's very very bad ,don't even encourage employees for their work that how it do that ,etc. My experience in FUNSKOOl was very bad , management didn't even supports us . Experience was too bad .

Management! Behaviour was like abhi vapas ghar chale jao , but because of this pandemic we didn't do that . What happens in company is only politics , no support and nothing .😏....but some people (worker) are really nice , and down to earth.

Teammates are helping nature eventhough heavy work pressure no one can't possible to share views each other. If you wish to learn yourself this is a good company. All other facilities is average or poor.

No proper direction or ownership from factory top management. Any failure put responsibility to HOD or supervisors
