It's a japanese company so it is good to show off to others that you are working or have worked in Japanese company. Nothing find to like.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

I have worked with other Japanese company but Fujita's managers are not skilled enough, they are superior just because of they are Japanese. Can not communicate in English, it's very hard to describe anything to them or getting them. Japanese never trust on Indian staff. There is nothing like system or management at all. Every Indian staff is just site supervisor; manager, engineer, QS, admin are just supervisors. Just pathetic to work with them....Read More

I was senior project engineer and supposed to supervise/manage overall project, but they appointed me on some very small work where I could not able to polish my skill.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
