Job security is moderate.But politics is higher. management never think about ur work life balance.Always ask to do working even on week off also. Every Dept staff want spoon feeding and manager Force us to do spoon feeding. We have to take extreme follow up foe each task to complete st ill no one address your efforts. You work hard for year but at the end no one check your performance and during increment they given increment by seeing your face not ur performance. Internal Dept staff is supportive....Read More

Even doing spoon feeding your task will not be completed many times because of less supportive management. Chennai factory team members always seek for help rather they never use their skill to resolve their problem. Management not even provided food ,and transportation.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
